A practical Kitchen can be a Beautiful kitchen

As I was cleaning my kitchen and reorganizing it, I started to put up my kitchen aid mixer....AGAIN. Why? I asked myself. Why do I feel that I have to put away this mixer? It's a neutral color mixer. My kitchen is in neutrals. I looked around my kitchen and saw my Mason jars that I have filled with things I bake with and use every day. Those ingredients? Neutrals! Flours, sugars, coffees, etc. I enjoying seeing them in my jars so why do I have them stashed up in my pantry?
They look beautiful out and look like they are meant to be there. The inner minimalistic perfectionist in me has struggled with this however, I had to decide who am I putting each of these up for?
Lately, I have been making crochet towels, washrags, wash rags, etc. I think anything handmade makes such a beautiful statement in the home. The tea towel on the counter, looks good folded or laid casually on the counter after use. It has a cozy home aesthetic.
I decided to put them in my Etsy shop for others to enjoy with me.
One more thing to point out. If you still feel your everyday things aren't beautiful enough to leave out, try grouping them together and put them in a tray. Add a plant or a seasonal decor item and automatically it all looks like decor. Notice the olive oil is not In a fancy container. This container is the original plastic bottle bit it works and oils are neutrals. 🙌
